As President and Senior Recruiting Manager, Lexie Toniolli is responsible for contract negotiation, staff supervision, and finance. Prior to assuming the role of President, Lexie served as Vice President of Operations, Recruiting, and Marketing for 16 years. Lexie directs the recruitment process for both senior and staff positions across various regions, including the United States, Canada, EMEA, UAE, and Mexico.

Lexie joined Professional Search, Inc. Int’l after 10 years as a Sales Manager and Project Manager in the communications industry. She has been active in various non-profits, women’s organizations, high school booster clubs, and alumni associations.
