Sandra McCartt founded Professional Search, Inc. Int’l in 1979. With a background in accounting as the Business Manager of KFDA-TV, Sandra initially focused the firm on accounting and finance positions. As the business grew, the scope of services of the firm grew into a generalist executive recruiting firm offering services to multiple industries in many disciplines. International Recruiting services then became part of the portfolio and continue today.
After 40 years as President of the firm, Sandra retired from active recruiting and management of the firm in 2022, stepping into the role of CEO and consultant. Lexie Toniolli was named president of Professional Search Inc. International and continues to develop the expertise and reach of the executive recruiting services provided to clients throughout the US, EMEA, India, Canada, and Mexico.
